Cincinnati Auto Repair

I called a night in advance and asked could id roomy car off to be looked at for a possible tune up. I dropped my car off at 11:30/12 the next day and they said they would call once they looked at it. Later that day around 5 I was told my car was two behind to get in the garage . The next morning around 11 still no call. I call they said my car had not been seen they'd call me in a hour. At 4 still no call I go to get my car and it was just starting to be looked at I brought my car two lines above E they charged be $10 saying my car needed gas to be tested but how when it had just gone into the garage to be tested. Won't recommend them to anyone

Wasted 2 days waiting for a tune up!

Thank God for Saturday service hours. My son had his car back on Monday after an emergency alternatorectomy on Saturday.
