Cincinnati Auto Repair

I have been going to 5 Star with car problems before the business was called 5 Star! His shop was right down the street from my house but, better than that, I didn't feel like he was ever trying to sell me something my car didn't need. He has service records for all 4 of my vehicles. If available, there's a loaner car for use on the day of service. And he always has stood behind his work. My cousin, now also goes to 5 Star. And my brother, when traveling from FL, has had occasion to use 5 Star Auto Care while in Cincinnati. I guess you could say I have 6 cars that go to 5 Star!

Outstanding service, knowledgeable staff and fair pricing. I am glad I had surfed to web to find them and was even happier to give my support to a local business. They even drove me to my house after the drop off and picked me up when the repairs were finished. I will definitely use them again.

I was very pleased with the courtesy extended to me by 5 Star Auto Care. I was looking for a local mechanic and gave them a laundry list of concerns. They were thorough and addressed my concerns and pointed out which ones were not necessary. I found their pricing to be very good and I especially appreciated the use of a loaner car while my car was there for service. I feel confident driving my car again and I intend to recommend them to family and friends..

Great personal service. Never sells you anything your car doesn't really need, or that you don't want.
