I was a repeat customer, so I surprised at the treatment I received. I had an appointment to have my car at the shop at 10 a.m. on a Saturday morning. I was told I would receive a call with the outcome of their inspection and how much the repair was going to be. I got no call that Saturday and therefore, I had no car the rest of the weekend. Not to mention, my work identification, and other things that I use everyday was in my car. I was late to work the following Monday and had to wait until the shop opened because I could not clock in nor get into my workplace without my work identification. They had my car for six days. I will not return to Five Star Auto.
