My second time there. Seem very knowledgeable. Very friendly and helpful. Will be going back the next time I need repairs.

I have been doing business with 5 star for years. I have always been treated with 100% great service. Deron and the boys always take good care of my vehicles and I know when I leave I am confident my vehicles are in great safe roadworthy condition. I would not consider going anywhere else. I was new to the Cincinnati area and after reading the reviews I decided to bring my vehicle here. Great choice, they have gotten me in on a very tight schedule. Staff is always very friendly and respectable. They have given me rides to and from home while my vehicle was getting repaired and also gave me a rental car so I could make it to work. Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I recently relocated to the Cincinnati area and needed to get a brake job on my Subaru Forester. After reading through Google reviews, I selected this shop in Cheviot. I spoke to the owner on the phone to make the appointment and he was courteous and helpful. I was given a loaner car to use to run some errands while they worked on my car. I was not charged for an evaluation of my emergency brake or my front brakes and was told I only needed a rear brake job. I thought I needed both front and back brake work so he could have easily convinced me that was the case. My car was finished earlier than promised, and the invoice was LOWER than the estimate. I would highly recommend this business!

I've been using Five Star Auto Care for several years for car repair and general maintenance and have always been satisfied with their work. They offer quick service, which is especially helpful when my car is in need of repair. They provide a ride home so I don't have to wait while my car is being serviced. They also provide a loaner car if they need to keep it longer. Great service, great folks to work with, very professional and they know how to fix my car, right! I also appreciate that they guarantee their work. Couldn't ask for more.

More like 1 Star Auto. I got ripped off big time by these guys. New to Cincinnati, my car was acting strange, so took it to 5 Star Auto based on positive reviews. After 3 days of not having a car, Darren finally called and estimated it would be about a $1200 fix. Not knowing anywhere else to take it, and because I trusted them, I told them to go ahead and fix it. After coughing up the 1200, I sent a copy of my invoice to my old mechanic back home and he said that with what I had done, any reasonable mechanic would've been able to fix it for around $600. They took advantage of someone new to the city and overcharged me $600! Where's my $600 Darren?!? Avoid 5 Star Auto or you will get screwed over.
