Cincinnati Auto Repair

My husband and I take our vehicles here quite often for more major repairs. They do a great job for the most part all things considered. When available they provide a company car for us while our car is being worked on, as well as provide the option to pick us up/drop us off if needed. Their prices do feel a bit overpriced but I understand this is the case with most auto shops. We trust them to treat us fairly and provide fair prices every time! I have recommended them to my mom previously and continue to recommend them to other family and friends!

A simple call to set up an oil change and a check up. 2. A coordinated and easy drop-off with an immediate ride home! 3. A same day call and evaluation based on a total checkup with a price for an immediately needed repair with a promised completion next morning. 4. A next day mid-morning call that the repair was completed and my vehicle was ready for pickup. 5. A pickup with a full review of work completed and full accounting of the bill which matched the price given the day before. PLEASE NOTE EACH ITEM ABOVE BEGINS WITH THE LETTER A! Great service. I had an electrical problem with my car and they solved the problem and fixed it. I also had front end problems and they were able to fix that. Friendly service.
