Cincinnati Auto Repair

This place is great. I took my car in after having bad experiences with multiple shops around town and 5 Star Auto Care took care of me like a good neighbor instead of a complete stranger. They gave me a reasonable estimate for all the work that needed to be done and when something unexpected came up, they took care of that too. This place cares about their customers and the service is top notch. It's so great to find a shop that made me feel comfortable and like my business mattered. I will definitely be back the next time my car needs work.

Appreciate how you communicate with me on what I need relatively soon and what I can wait on. I am guessing it is harder now that cars are much more complicated.

They did a very good job with my Dodge Ram, they communicated with me every step of the way. They dont allow you to start spending money until they are for sure what your initial vehicle issues are. Everything was done in a timely manner. I'd definitely recommend going to them for any of your vehicle repair needs..

It was ok way overpriced though.
