Horrible customer service and extremely disrespectful owner. I called to confirm my appointment and the service person who answered said he didn't see my appointment so he called the owner, Deron, to get on the phone and he blasted a horn in the phone and it was so loud my ears bled. That is absolutely ridiculous and extremely childish for a grown man. I will make sure no one I know goes here ever!

Really happy with their service they fixed a problem I didn't even know I had It took forever but that was not their fault it was the fact the part had to ship I found it a bit pricey considering what the parts cost but in all honesty I have no idea what it entailed to fix it so overall I'm sure it was a fair price. I will bring my vehicles back here in the future if my husband cant fix them :)

I am very happy with my experience. Courteous staff, easy to understand explanation of problem with car, fixed in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price, and no attempt to tack on extra services. Will definitely go back.

I love this place! Although it has been over 3 years since I've been. Plus, I've moved to a different town. I wish they would expand their business since I only trust these guys that has repaired both of my vehicles. You can, and will, expect a fair price from these guys. They do a thorough job.

The 3 years 36,000 mile warranty on service and parts is a rare bonus that puts me over the top and brings me back time after time for virtually all my service on all the vehicles for which I have responsibility. 5 Star Auto is the best place to take your car for repairs. Being a women, sometimes garages take advantage of you. Not this place. They always tell you what is wrong and what it will take to repair your car. If you don't want to repair everything that is fine too. I have been taking my cars there for a few years and they try to work me in if I have an emergency. I highly recommend 5 Star Auto!!
