Had a new heater core installed 4 months ago and it started acting up again. The guys a 5 star checked it out and found it was bad. They replaced it and solved the problem at no cost to me. Five star is my number one mechanic. Great people great work. Thank you

The prices are fair and I couldn't ask for better professionals to handle my vehicle. My car wasn't in the greatest shape when I bought it, but over time they have turned my automobile from sub-par to substantial again. They even lent me a loaner car so I could get to and from work while they fixed my car's problems. Overall it's been a great experience. I was a repeat customer, so I surprised at the treatment I received. I had an appointment to have my car at the shop at 10 a.m. on a Saturday morning. I was told I would receive a call with the outcome of their inspection and how much the repair was going to be. I got no call that Saturday and therefore, I had no car the rest of the weekend. Not to mention, my work identification, and other things that I use everyday was in my car. I was late to work the following Monday and had to wait until the shop opened because I could not clock in nor get into my workplace without my work identification. They had my car for six days. I will not return to Five Star Auto.
